- Minimum Community Spouse Resource Allowance: $32,532;
- Maximum Community Spouse Resource Allowance: $162,660;
- Maximum Monthly Maintenance Needs Allowance: $4,066.50;
- Minimum Monthly Maintenance Needs Allowance: $2,643.75.
The aforementioned Minimum Monthly Maintenance Needs Allowance is for the lower 48 states; the specific allowance for Alaska is $3,303.75 and for Hawaii is $3,040.
The Home Equity Limits are:
- Minimum: $752,000;
- Maximum: $1,130,00.
